- Not abuse or spam our service
- Not attempt to hack or reverse-engineer our system
- Verify all booking details with the hotel or booking platform directly
4. No Guarantees
We provide our service "as is" without warranties.
- Hotel recommendations are AI-generated and may be inaccurate
- Prices shown are estimates and may not reflect actual rates
- We don't guarantee availability of any hotel
- We are not responsible for booking errors or disputes
5. Limitation of Liability
SimpleStay is NOT liable for:
- Incorrect hotel information or pricing
- Issues with bookings made through third parties
- Lost revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Any damages arising from use of our service
Maximum liability: If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to $100 USD or the amount you paid us (which is $0).
